Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur was a truly excellent experience in hospitality and comfort. Unlike some of the other hotel review blog, we didn't come across any negative attitudes among the staff, especially not at the reception.
Everything there after was well beyond our expectations. This hotel is a great value and is full of small delights like the hydrotherapy pool which takes away the pains of shopping and the well equipped gym next door. And we had an espresso maker in our room! Don't miss the Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur if you are visiting KL. Upon arrival at noon, we were informed that our room was not ready, but that we would be upgraded to a suite "because the hotel doesn't like to keep its guests waiting."
